Payment and Ordering
Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks, cash, or creatively barter for rare collectibles such as rings, vintage electric guitar amps or Mid-Century Scandinavian furniture. Please note that credit cards are pre-authorized during the order entry process and then settled when your order ships. E-mail notifications will be sent upon receipt of your order, and followed by another when your order has shipped. Your shipment receipt will include

Minimum Order:
Only $15.00, can you beleive it, we will actually ship you an order worth only fifteen bucks!
Pricing:
All prices shown on site are in US Dollars.
Sales Tax:
We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Massachusetts. We must collect GST/HST when shipping to Canada.
Safe Sex:
Not available, but we do employ 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that safely encrypts all private information when placing an order.
Gift Wrapping:
Gift wrapping is not available since we are so exhausted today!
SplitShipping:
We cannot split an order to separate shipping addresses. A separate order is required for each shipping address.
I Made a Mistake:
Once you have submitted your order, it is processed quickly and thus we are unable to make changes. It would be impractical for us to chase the UPS truck down the road. They all look quite similar, you know. If you have any questions, please contact us at webbo@blueq.com .
Privacy:
Blue Q will not rent or sell your e-mail address. Blue Q may share information you provide if you choose to participate in a sweepstakes with companies with whom we have joined to offer a promotion, as well as other companies whose promotions we think will interest you. We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payment for orders you have placed with Blue Q.

Transit Times and Territories
Blue Q ships to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Canada. Of course you can find our products in many fantastic and curious shops the world over, and we encourage you to seek out these venues to smell, savor and inspect our wares in the flesh! USA: Alaska & Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands
Orders are shipped within 24 hours Mon-Fri not including weekends & holidays from our Massachusetts warehouse by UPS Ground service. As an option, you may choose to have your order shipped UPS 3 day, 2 day or Next Day. If you select UPS 3 day, 2 day or Next Day service we promise to ship the very same day providing the order is received by 2:00 PM EST Mon-Fri (not including weekends & holidays). Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, nor are these considered transit days. You will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been received and then another notice with tracking number(s) when your order has shipped. Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses
If you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.

UPS Ground Transit Times
Transit times to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Island, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO are between 2-7 days as per the US postal service.
Canada
Canadian orders are shipped once a week by consolidated freight UPS Ground unless your order is being shipped to the Yukon or Northwest Territories. Orders shipped to the Yukon and Northwest Territories are shipped via US Post Office Priority Service. Transit time varies depending on location, so please allow 5-10 business days for your shipment to arrive. Blue Q pays all duty and clearance fees because the owners' mom is from Montreal. Montreal smoked meat sandwiches and bagels rock! We Love Canada.
Restrictions & Clarifications:
We cannot ship to post office boxes unless they are APO/FPO military addresses in which case the US Postal Service is used.
What's a Day? Well Blue Q is closed on weekends and your basic holidays. UPS and the Postal Service are closed on their published schedules. Thus, when we or they are closed, that's not a "day". So 2nd Day Air sometimes means 4 days. If you forgot to buy a loved one a gift for a very important day and things are looking tight, contact customer service who can tell you if you are truly screwed or not. Prisons: After the 1994 release of Blue Q hacksaw-blade soap, we are no longer allowed to ship to prisons. If you would like to send our products to a prison, please ship to yourself first and then deliver personally or via the post office. Sorry for the inconvenience.
