It is very orange but a nice pattern with off white. And cool that it has an inside pattern slightly different than the outside - unique. I've had a Japan style lunch tote for years that I generally put a water bottle & my cell phone in (if my purse is too small) for the car & it's held up well - I like that it's a heavier sturdy plastic. I'm getting some different colors now - just to have some variety. And I like the plainer design of this (no saying, etc.).
