Ordering Info
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept PayPal E-checks, personal checks, cash, or barter for rare animals or mid-century Scandinavian furniture. 

Please note that credit cards are pre-authorized during the ordering process and then settled when your order ships. PayPal orders are settled as soon as the order is submitted. 

E-mail notifications will be sent upon receipt of your order, followed by another when your order has shipped. Your shipping receipt will include tracking number(s).
Split Shipping
We cannot split an order to separate shipping addresses. A separate order is required for each shipping address.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped to most US states and GST/HST when shipping to Canada.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within two weeks of its arrival on our doorstep. Sorry, we do not accept exchanges or pay for return shipping.

A return has 30 days from date of delivery to be returned to us or it will not be accepted.
Blue Q will not rent or sell your e-mail address. We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payment for orders you have placed with Blue Q. Read our California Privacy Policy here.
Gift Wrapping
We don't gift wrap, but we do have super cute note cards that we'll happily send along with your order! You can fill one out on the last page of the check-out process.

Shipping Info
USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands
Orders received by 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day, from our Massachusetts warehouse. Orders received over the weekend will ship the following Monday, unless it's a holiday. You get it. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, nor are these considered transit days.
Canadian orders are shipped UPS Ground service unless your order is being shipped to the Yukon, Nunavut or Northwest Territories. Orders shipped to the Yukon, Nunavut or Northwest Territories are shipped via US Post Office Priority Service. Transit time varies depending on location, so please allow 5-10 business days for your shipment to arrive. Blue Q pays all duty and clearance fees because we're nice and also because the owners' mom is from Montreal.

Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses
If you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.

Clarifications and Restrictions
What's a "day?" Good question! Blue Q is closed on weekends and your basic holidays. UPS and the Postal Service are closed on their published schedules. Thus, when we or they are closed, that's not a "day." So 2nd Day Air sometimes means 4 days. If you forgot to buy a loved one a gift for a very important day and things are looking tight, contact customer service who can tell you if you are truly screwed or not. Prisons: We do not ship to prisons. If you would like to send our products to a prison, please ship to yourself first and then deliver personally or via the post office. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated after you have added items to your shopping cart and are based on weight, zone and service level chosen. If your order ships to the US only, orders over $40 receive free ground shipping.

We can assure you that we are not taking a cut on shipping. Not a penny. You’re charged what we’re charged, or less (as we cover part of the cost on larger orders).
