Meet Our Hero
We had heard the stories about Andrew LaPatin, but thought he must be a myth. What he can do with pencil and paper is legendary, and his wall murals are a Force that inspire delight and awe in all who see them. Andrew is a man with a mission: To bring art to the walls and hearts of the citizens of Earth. He is also a nineteen-year-old high school student.
When we got the opportunity to work with this local artist of such regard, who is booked practically to eternity, we grabbed it up! And now Andrew is working on a comic book style mural at the warehouse.
We don’t want to give too much away, but we do want to give you a sneak peak, so here are some quick highlights:
There is a team of Super Q-ers, each with a secret weapon and a favorite pair of socks. One plays a killer soundtrack on the drum set, one appears to be a delicate fucking flower but will box you in the ears without a second thought, one can unleash a perfect storm of dogs and frisbees upon any adversary and one, naturally, brings wine to work.
There is also, of course, an Evil Villain plotting to foil Blue Q’s mission of fun and laughter for all, in hopes of making life sucky and lame for the people of Earth.
Will Villainy triumph or will our heroes rise to the occasion to defeat the baddie?
Will Andrew astound us all with color and humor and impeccable penmanship?
